ROUND ROCK, TX - John C. (Jack) Zinda, a founding partner at Heselmeyer Zinda, PLLC in Round Rock, Texas, has earned a spot among the 2009 Texas Rising Stars.

Super Lawyers Rising Stars selections are based on nominations made by attorneys appearing on the prestigious Texas Super Lawyer list. The designation is reserved for the top up-and-coming Texas attorneys who are 40.

This year's list appears in the April issue of Texas Monthly, as well as Texas Rising Stars, a magazine co-produced by the publishers of Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Media, Inc.
