Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Insurance

Uninsured and underinsured motorist insurance are two related types of insurance coverage. These types of insurance coverage protect you against a negligent driver who illegally does not have liability coverage, or has minimum coverage that is inadequate to fully compensate you for your injuries.
